Reclaiming My Time!

Happy holidays, everyone!

I don't make resolutions, but I do regularly take time to assess and strategize. Looking back, I know that 2017 has taught me a lot about impulse control and knowing my worth. About removing the lens of judgment, unless it is focused on me first, and then recognizing the need for compassion and growth in everyone.

In 2018, I will need to "fix" some of the decisions I made in haste in the One Seven. Understand that my form of self-medication is to buy things and carry on the image of prosperity and comfort when that isn't necessarily how things actually work out in the wash. And, as I explained to one of my besties earlier today, to move with the certainty that success requires a simultaneous maneuvering in the present and future: a short game and long game mentality, without sacrificing one for the other. Easier said than done. But absolutely worth the effort.

You deserve to be happy. You deserve to be happy. And getting there often requires more letting go than acquiring. That's my lesson heading into the New Year. I'm reclaiming my time, first and foremost, and making room in my life for my come up.

May the blessings of clarity, comprehension and right action also be yours in the year ahead.
